The mission of the RIC Marketing and Membership Committee is to increase awareness of remanufacturing and its benefits to the economy and the environment across all sectors of society – commercial, media, consumer and government, and to grow the membership of RIC in order to achieve a critical mass in our industry that can present an active and unified voice in guiding and shaping the future of the remanufacturing industry.
The mission of the RIC Research and Development Committee is to identify the technologies needed to support sustainable growth in the remanufacturing industry and communicate them effectively to member companies, policy makers, research institutions, funding agencies and the general public.
The mission of the RIC Trade and Policy Committee is to promote policies that support the growth of the remanufacturing industry and encourage the consumption and use of remanufactured products both domestically and internationally.
The committee develops standards to create uniform definitions and expectations for remanufactured products. The committee also coordinates discussions regarding best practices for a variety of topics of interest in the area of trade and policy for member companies.
The Membership Subcommittee is a subcommittee to the Marketing & Membership Committee.
The mission of the Membership Subcommittee is to oversee recruitment and retention of RIC members, ensuring sustained growth in all sectors of the remanufacturing industry.

Ensuring mutual understanding and close coordination through collaboration and promotion of industry annual conferences; workshops and training; sharing of industry news and events reflective of all sectors represented.
