Rafa Spear is Director of ReCon Core Operations at Cummins and brings more than 23 years of leadership experience in aftermarket business, remanufacturing, supply chain, strategic account management, and business development. He has successfully led startup operations, managed strategic customer relationships ranging from small growth opportunities to global OEM accounts, and is recognized for driving results through partnerships, operational transformation and circular economy initiatives. Rafa serves on the Boards of the Remanufacturing Industry Council and Sans Souci and is passionate about sustainable business growth, sustainable communities and customer success.
